Dean Erlandson, Chief Nonsense Officer for heartlandnews.net has released a public service announcement to help employees stay safely employed. He said, “We have noticed more employers adopting the cancel culture’s playbook to stifle free thought and debate. Many people have been fired or threatened with disciplinary action for saying things that they believed to be true. Unfortunately, they were labeled racists or some type of ‘-phobe’ instead.” Below is a list of language offenses people should avoid at work or on social media.
Immediate Dismissal. Saying these things will get you fired immediately:
Men and Women are both strong but different.
There are two sexes and two genders.
“All lives matter.”
The scourge of racism is rare, but visible in all cultures and races.
Placed on Probation. Expect to be fired in 30 days:
We should respect law and order.
“Stand up, don’t shoot” was a lie.
Autonomous zones on public property must be stopped.
Black on black crime is the major killer of young black men
Enhanced Training and re-education. You may stay employed but your upward mobility is finished if you utter any of these:
Destroying historic monuments and defacing property is wrong.
Kneeling during the Star Spangled Banner is not patriotic.
Anything positive about President Trump or any Republican (except Mitt Romney.)
Socialism has failed everywhere it has been tried.
America is flawed but a good and just country that has lifted billions out of extreme poverty.
Children from married parents are much more likely to graduate high school, go to college and stay out of prison
Mr. Erlandson went on to say, “We hope this PSA helps the millions of free thinking employees keep their jobs at a time when the outrage mob is hunting down and labeling people for having different views and perspectives. Labeling is the answer they use when facts get in the way.”
